Raccoons in the AtticSome of the things that can go wrong with having Raccoons  in your attic:

  • House fires Starting in your attic
  • Trampled down insulation
  • Urine soaked dry wall due to Squirrel urine
  • Night time and day time noises

One of the biggest problems we see is raccoons  in the attic. Raccoons are nuisance animals that loved to make their home in your attic. Raccoon babies are born in the spring months are are extremely active in the later spring months. Raccoons have on average 3 to4  babies and are born “naked”. They get hair after aprox 3 weeks of age.
